Are you grieving? Fighting depression? Feeling numbness, devastation, shock and anger?

There are no right words to express the feeling of death, loss or grieving. I know from personal experience. Joy, hope and purpose can be found, revived and ignited again.

Here is what we will do together in this book:

• Walk through the stages of grief and through the dark valley of loss.
• Discover and move into the purpose we were called to fulfill.
• Along the way we'll grow stronger and pick up some strategies to move forward.
• Journaling to help keep us focused and encouraged. Not letting our emotions and feelings fester in us, causing us to stall or bring our life to a halt.
• We'll begin to move into and see our destiny and our bright future.
• You will discover Joy, Laughter, Happiness and Dreaming again.
