We ship most items through the US Postal Service, using their
Media Mail service.
If you need to use a faster service, like Priority Mail or UPS, or if your order is
being sent to another country outside the USA, please call us for shipping costs at
(800) 245-1844.
We will gladly replace any electronics, CDs, tapes, videos, DVDs,
and software that are defective or damaged in transit. We do not currently give refunds on
these items.
We give full refunds, not including
shipping charges, on books that are
returned within 30 days of order date. Prior approval is necessary, so please call
us at (208) 245-5388 or email usBEFORE returning them.
