Presented very simply as questions, with answers provided from Ellen White and other Advent pioneers, this information outlines their experiences in this aspect of health reform, and particularly in the lives of James and Ellen White. What did they do? What improvements did they experience?

Today, many health enthusiasts, medical personnel who practice natural healing, and even athletes, have adopted, with great success, what is now called “intermittent fasting.” By practice and definition, it follows very closely upon the two-meal-a-day plan adopted by our Advent pioneers, and has been shown to improve health and prevent and reverse disease in many areas.
