Donation for Lithuania Projects

Since 1993, Laymen Ministries has been working in the country of Lithuania. We have 9 full-time Bible workers employed there, and they have been responsible for most of the baptisms in this small Baltic country. We also sponsor several pastors.

One challenge these workers face is how to find new Bible study candidates. A new idea has been implemented -- a lending Library. The workers go door-to-door and offer one of many books we have published, on a lending library plan. These books include the 20 Amazing Facts small pocket books that Laymen Ministries has translated into Lithuanian, as well as the new book Mary Magdalene by Doug Batchelor. We have also recently published Answers to Difficult Questions by Joe Crews and booklets by our Adventist pioneers on various subjects like: Three Sabbaths, Wine and Bible; The Immaculate Conception of the Virgin Mary; Origin of Sunday Worship; and other titles. There are also a number of volumes by Ellen White, including Desire of Ages, Great Controversy, Steps to Christ, and other essential titles.

All over Lithuania, 1000s of books and pamphlets are being spread door-to-door through our workers and their lending libraries. Please pray for this ministry that the Gospel Message will reach many.

(We apologize that the process to make donations on this site appears the same as purchasing books, but that is the only way our web Master could set this up to take donations through our Resource Center!)

Note: If you do not find the exact amount shown that you would like to donate, you may select multiple quantities of an amount. For instance, if you would like to donate $60, you may select $20 and type 3 in the quantity field. Or for $1000 donation, select $500 and type 2 in the quantity field.
